What happens at renewal of my policy?
Nobody likes changing Insurers every year and we will continue to monitor the insurance market and agree a strategy with you when your policy comes up for renewal. If we feel that new products have become available or the current Insurers are no longer competitive we will review the Insurances once again. This is a decision never taken without your full agreement and instruction.
What happens if I need to make a claim?
If you need to make a claim, we will ensure that this is settled as quickly and fairly as possible, by liaison with Insurers and Loss Adjusters - we do not charge for this service. Our 'express claims service' has been designed to take away the stress and worry that a claim can cause.
