Company	Rate This is the initial interest rate charged on the mortgage. Once this rate ends you are normally moved onto the lender’s standard variable rate. This could be a much higher rate than the introductory rate.	Mortgage Type	Period This is the length of time or date until which the initial interest rate applies. After this time you move onto the lender’s standard variable rate. This could be a much higher rate than the introductory rate.	Max LTV This is the maximum LTV available for this mortgage product. LTV stands for Loan to Value which is the ratio between size of loan and value of property. So, for example, if you require a £90,000 mortgage on a property valued at £100,000 the loan-to-value you require is 90%.	Fee This is the Fee the Lender will charge for arranging the mortgage. This can also be know as the Completion, arrangement or booking fee.
